Understanding Your Tier
Automatic upgrades
Meet the spending requirement for a higher tier and your membership will upgrade automatically (within 48 hours) of meeting the requirement. You'll remain in the upgraded tier for at least 31 days.
Rolling 31-day cycle
Your eligible spending is assessed over a rolling 31-day period, not a calendar month. Only actual eligible NZD spending counts; redeemed AD/Gift cards/Promotions do not count.
Returning to Bronze
If you no longer meet the requirement for Silver, Gold or Platinum, you'll return to Bronze (within 48 hours) when the qualifying period ends. You won't simply drop one tier at a time at this stage.

Were can I use the loyalty program?
The Aroy loyalty program is available at all Aroy Eateries nationwide!
Is it free to join?
Yes! The Aroy loyalty program is free to join, and every new member automatically starts at Bronze with no minimum spending requirement.
How many points do I earn?
The higher your tier, the more Aroy Points you earn! Bronze earns 20 AP, Silver 30 AP, Gold 50 AP and Platinum 70 AP per eligible NZ$1 spent.
What are Aroy Dollars?
Aroy Dollars (AD) are Aroy loyalty rewards. Every 5,000 AP automatically converts into 5AD, which is equivalent to a NZ$5 Aroy rewards voucher.
Do I need to convert points myself?
Not at all! The conversion happens automatically every time you collect 5,000 AP.
How do I qualify for a higher tier?
Spend NZ$200 for Silver, NZ$400 for Gold or NZ$600 for Platinum within your rolling 31-day qualification period.
How quickly will my tier upgrade?
Tier upgrades usually occur automatically within a day but may take up to 48 hours of meeting the spending requirement. You'll remain in the upgraded tier for at least 31 days.
How does the rolling 31-day period work?
Your eligible spending is assessed over a rolling 31-day period rather than from the first to the last day of a calendar month.
What if I don't meet my tier requirement?
If you no longer meet your Silver, Gold or Platinum tier requirement, you'll return to Bronze within 48 hours when the qualifying period ends. You won't drop one tier at a time at this stage.
How long do Aroy Points/Dollars last?
Aroy Points/Dollars don’t expire! However, member accounts do expire and when the account expires, all AP and AD will be lost.
When do Aroy member accounts expire?
Accounts expire after 3 years of inactivity. Under exceptional circumstances, member accounts may also be deactivated (e.g. misuse, fraud)
Do Aroy Dollars count towards tier qualification?
Only actual eligible spending in NZD counts towards tier qualification. Redeemed Aroy Dollars/Gift cards/promotions do not count towards tier qualification.
Can Aroy Points/Dollars be exchanged for cash, NZD or the equivalent?
Aroy Points/Dollars cannot be exchanged for NZD, cash or any equivalent and can only be used as stipulated in the Aroy Loyalty Program.
Can I earn points on delivery orders?
Delivery orders including Uber Eats, DoorDash and Delivereasy orders are excluded from the Aroy loyalty program and earning AP.
Can I redeem Aroy Dollars on delivery?
Delivery orders including Uber Eats, DoorDash and Delivereasy orders are excluded from the Aroy loyalty program and Aroy Dollars cannot be redeemed on delivery orders.
